Security (PROTX) We use the industry leading internet payment company Protx to protect your card details and protect us from fraud. The following security systems are used. Transaction security. All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. Delivery We continue to be committed to our Prompt Despatch and Fast Delivery promises - in the past year ALL elligible orders received by 4pm were despatched the same day (we did not miss ANY) and just 1 delivery went missing (which we resent). All UK Mainland orders over £25 are eligible for free 1st Class Delivery. Order less than £25 or non-UK orders are charged as priced on each item. If you require a delivery option that is not available on the website then please telephone at the time of ordering, where we will be able to offer further options. Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed – orders placed by 4pm are guaranteed to be despatched that day (Mon – Fri). Orders placed after 4pm will generally be despatched on the next working day, although some may be despatched the same day depending on circumstances.
