This Columbia Space Heater Jacket for boys is the latest version of a very popular down jacket from Columbia, replacing the Space Heater II (the new version is virtually identical except for some new subtle reflective highlights). It retains the revolutionary Omni-Heat technology, and also has a detachable hood. The Omni-Shield waterproof fabric means that this is a far more practical down jacket than many others on the market - this will not absorb water except in prolonged heavy rain, and will keep its very warm 80/20 duck down fill dry and functional to keep you warm. The Omni-Heat thermal reflective coating gives the jacket fantastic heat retention, especially in combination with the down fill. Probably one of the warmest coats on the market for juniors.

Available in Bright Red, Collegiate Navy/Hyper Blue, Hyper Blue/Collegiate Navy, Tangy Orange or Collegiate Navy/Red (this last colour is available at extra discount - limited sizes available).

This coated fabric resists all liquids below 76DEG C from absorbing into the yarns and staining the garment (without any effect on the feel of the material). The fabric itself will also dry 3-5 times faster than untreated fabric, without holding moisture like a conventional fabric, meaning it stays lighter even when its wet.
