These Didriksons Fossa Three Finger Gloves are a great choice for kids who want the best warmth but also like the dexterity of a glove. Mittens are much warmer than gloves because gloves have a lot of surface area around the fingers to lose heat through, so the Fossa glove keeps 3 fingers together for warmth but allows the first finger to move independently to enable it to grip things with the thumb. Windproof, very warm and water resistant. The internal lining is a very soft fleece. With an adjustable and elasticated wrist strap, they can be adjusted to achieve a secure yet comfortable fit. The longer length wrist cuff ensures there's no gap between mitten and jacket. There's an included wrist strap on each mitten to allow them to be attached to the child's wrist to prevent loss, plus the external glove saver attachment to allow use of a cord, or simply to keep them together when not in use.

Sizing: Sized in years - e.g. 6/8 is for children ages 6-8yrs with average sized hands for their age.
