The Didriksons Plaskeman Kids Pant/Dungaree is a PU bib (dungaree) which covers most of the chest and is ideal for keeping dry during outdoor play when the weather is fine but the ground is wet. Using PU fabric with 4-way stretch and welded seams, it is totally waterproof, and is ideal for wet play. It is not an insulated product, but being totally windproof it will retain heat generated during play. For very cold conditions you will need to layer up underneath.

Their shell fabrics are fully waterpoof and all seams are sealed by tape and/or welding. The Storm System products are all about protection and they are designed to keep you warm and dry during all weather conditions.
