CozyMole is a family run business with a professional outlook.
We started the business because we were frustrated with our own shopping experiences for outdoor clothing and accessories and thought we could do the following things better than existing retailers:
1. Provide high quality childrens’ outdoor clothing and equipment which both works well and looks attractive.
2. Provide selected corresponding ranges of adult products which enables families to shop for their requirements in one place.
3. Provide customers with a consistent choice of good products, at a range of price points.
4. Provide brand and product choice but not overload – we don't stock products that we wouldn't use ourselves.
- Products selected have been chosen not only for their attractive appearance but most importantly for their technical performance and quality. For example, we target breathable materials where appropriate.
- We do not intend to sell products which we know from experience to be impractical or disliked by kids – this will either waste your money (when the child protests at wearing it) or spoil your outdoor experience.
5. Last but by no means least, excellent customer service. We know the perils of web shopping, and we’re here to ensure you leave nothing to chance. Our key points here are:
- We will give you as much guidance as you need, including garment by garment size guidance, and if we do not meet your requirements then we offer a no quibble guarantee.
- If you want to discuss your requirements then just phone.
- If you want to order 2 or more sizes or colours because you’re not sure then that’s fine – just send the one you don’t want back (see Terms and Conditions).
- We pride ourselves on delivery time and consistency, and offer free 1st class delivery on UK orders over £25. Depending on your timescale you can choose alternative delivery options. Furthermore, we will not take delivery instructions which we cannot meet based on our stock position, so you know when you order that stock is available. The website will only accept orders for stock which we have.
- You can return any item if you change your mind, if it doesn’t fit, etc, as long as you return it unused, undamaged, with its tags and in its original product packaging.
